LIFE Conference 2019 will be held from the 23rd - 26th April at our new LIFE Central Campus; 25 Normanby Rd, Mt Eden, Auckland
LIFE Conference 2019 will begin on Tuesday night (23rd April) at approximately 7pm and will finish on Friday night (26th April) at approximately 8pm. The programme outline can be viewed programme.
Each of our campuses will each have two morning services and 1 evening service on Sunday April 28 at 9am and 11am and then 6pm. For locations, check out our website https://www.lifenz.org/sunday-services
All Master Classes will be held either on site at LIFE Conference venue or up at Auckland Grammar which is behind LIFE Central and is accessible by a pathway off Barnett Cres or off Clive Road. There will be maps available onsite to let you know where your Master Class is.
There will be two Master Class sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons after lunch from 1.15pm 2pm and 2.15pm - 3pm. For further details, please check the programme.
Our LIFE Conference Master Classes reflect the four focuses of LIFE – Church, Community, Business and Kingdom.
Church Master Classes will have the option of attending particular sessions of interest to them, rather than staying in one stream. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including Ministry Development, Leadership Development and Personal Development, as well as devoted sessions to marketing, film and television, kids, youth & young adults, creative & technical areas, plus more topics to be announced soon.
Our Community Master Class provides the opportunity to dig deep into the issues affecting our communities, and what we can do to effectively meet people with solution and compassion.
Our Business Master Class provides practical input, relevant teaching and a broad range of experience to draw from, creating an environment to propel you forward in your calling to the marketplace.
Our Kingdom Master Classes are tailor-made for Senior Pastors and crafted to provide insightful and relevant teaching for the unique world of church ministry. It will be an opportunity for senior leaders to connect and be refreshed.
You can change your Master Class preference through the link that was emailed to you in your registration confirmation. You also have the option of attending multiple different Master Class streams during LIFE Conference.
The registration fee covers your admission to all 3 days of the conference. It also includes access the conference breakout sessions. It does not include meals, transportation, or Accommodation. You may also want to bring additional funds to purchase LIFE Conference 2019 merchandise and resources that will be available for the duration of the conference.
If you are no longer able to make it to LIFE Conference, you have the option to transfer it to another person to attend in your place [following 5 April, a $15 admin fee will apply]; alternatively, you can cancel your registration and receive a partial refund. Please see our TCs for the full refund policy. Registrations bought at our Conference Only price break are non-refundable.
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the very likely event that LIFE Conference 2019 sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.
Day and individual session passes will not be available this year. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.
Unfortunately, as we have sold LIFE Conference 2019 to capacity, there will be no night tickets available for purchase. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.
Electronic tickets will be emailed out the week prior to LIFE Conference. Bring this with you to Conference on a smart phone or printed out; upon arrival we will scan it and provide you with your conference pass. Registration arrivals will be open from 4pm on Tuesday 23rd April.
All registration packs will be available to collect from LIFE Conference Registration Arrivals which will be open from 4pm on Tuesday 23rd and again on Wednesday 24 from 9am.
The terms and conditions of the family pass state all individuals on a family pass must be from the same immediate family and children must be 10 years old or under to be able to attend the Kids Conference. You may register your child’s friend on an individual Kids registration.
There are a range of locations to park at throughout conference including street parking and paid car parks. Further information regarding parking will be announced soon.
Our central location in Auckland City means there are a lot of public transport options available. We recommend using Auckland Transport's Journey Planner tool to help explore options for getting to and from site.
We will have one shuttle picking up and dropping off from one central location in the city. Whether you are booked at the Sky City Grand Hotel you can catch the shuttle from here for a small fee. Shuttle bookings will be available shortly.

During the lunch and dinner breaks, we will have food vendors on site; The Local, a space to hangout, will be available to chill out in.
LIFE Conference has its own selection of food vendors and coffee carts available in The Local during all breaks to save you time going offsite when you're hungry or need a caffeine fix.
All of our sessions will be recorded and our main sessions will be videoed. You can purchase these on a USB stick or as downloads only. You can pre-purchase these from the info desk from our online store during and following LIFE Conference.
Kids Conference (ages 1-10) will be held on site at LIFE Conference. Look out for the big lit sign saying "Adventure Kids"
All our conference sessions are parent-friendly. That's why we have a designated lounge specifically for mums (or dads) with bubs under 12 months of age. A live video link and baby-friendly facilities means that parents can participate in the sessions while looking after baby's needs.
Our Kids Conference check in is off the main foyer and will be open from 4pm on Tuesday and then from 9am on Wed-Fri. Look out for the big lit sign saying "Adventure Kids"
Lunch and dinner are not provided in the Adventure Kids Conference programme. We encourage that all children come with a packed lunch and water bottle each day.
Our Adventure Kids Programme includes a wide range of activities, games, praise and worship and speaking, along with free time play in our new Adventure Kids facilities.
Epic Conference will be held at 95 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden. It is only a short, distance from our LIFE Central venue.
Upon first arrival, you will need to collect your Epic Conference registration at LIFE Central.
We require all Epic Conference delegates (those between 18 years old) to be checked in by a parent or guardian both in the morning and afternoon. A parent or caregiver must also check them out of the conference each afternoon and evening. This can be done either at our Epic Conference venue (95 Mt Eden Road) or at our LIFE Conference venue (LIFE Central).
Morning check in: 10am - 10:30am
Afternoon check out: 3pm - 3:30pm
Evening check in: 5:30pm - 6pm
Evening check out: 8pm - 8:30pm
We require parent/caregiver emergency contacts for all Epic Conference delegate registrations. It is the parent/caregiver's responsibility to organise transport to and from conference each day, as well we check in and check out in the breaks mentioned above.
Food is not included in the registration price, however it will be available to purchase onsite LIFE Central at one of our vendors, as well as snacks available to purchase at our Epic Conference kiosk. Alternatively, youth delegates can bring packed lunch with them each day.
Our Epic Conference programme will consist of multiple sessions involving praise and worship, relevant and entertaining speakers, special items and tribe challenges. All sessions will be held at our Epic Conference venue, with our Epic team (including security) to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment throughout the conference.
We may have opportunities throughout our services that allow young people to respond to various altar calls and prayer needs. As a team, we are not trained or qualified counsellors, and recommend if there are ongoing life controlling issues that they are passed into the care of a professional counsellor.
