GENERAL

WHERE AND WHEN IS THE CONFERENCE HELD?

LIFE Conference and our Adventure Kids Conference is held from Wednesday 22nd to Friday 24th April 2020 at LIFE Central, 25 Normanby Rd, Auckland

Epic Youth Conference will be held from the Wednesday 22nd to Friday 24th April at LIFE South, 3 Lakewood Court, Manukau. Youth can be dropped off directly to the venue or they can be dropped off at LIFE Central, where we will be running a shuttle to LIFE South.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE SESSIONS?

All main sessions at LIFE Conference will be available to purchase as audio and video downloads following conference and all Master Classes available as audio downloads. You can purchase these at lifeconference.co.nz/store

MASTER CLASSES

WHAT ARE MASTER CLASSES?

Master Classes are our conference breakouts that provide practical teaching that is specifically crafted to further you in your stage of life, calling and design from God. Our Master Classes each carry a commitment to build the local church and enable you to live out your unique calling.

This year we have 6 streams that will reflect the 4 different focuses of LIFE.

I REGISTERED FOR A MASTER CLASS BUT I WANT TO SWAP TO ANOTHER ONE, CAN I CHANGE?

You can change which Master Class you attend up until 5th April 2020. You can update your Master Class option through the registration confirmation link which was issued to you at the time of payment for your registration via email. Selecting a Master Class is to help us pre-empt room capacities, at conference you can attend a different Master Class if you wish.

REGISTRATIONS

CAN I PURCHASE A DAY OR NIGHT PASS?

Unfortunately, due to capacity in our venue, we will not be selling day or night passes for LIFE Conference 2020. Full conference registrations are available for purchase until they sell out.

WHAT IF I MISS OUT ON PURCHASING A REGISTRATION TO LC20?

If you are wanting to purchase a ticket but we have reached capacity please email lifeconference@lifenz.org to add your name to our waitlist. We will contact you if a ticket becomes available. Alternatively, all main sessions at LIFE Conference will be available to purchase as audio and video downloads following conference and all Master Classes available as audio downloads. You can purchase these at lifeconference.co.nz/store

I HAVE REGISTERED BUT I CAN’T COME ANY MORE CAN MY FRIEND WANTS TO COME IN MY PLACE?

You are more than welcome to transfer your registration to another person. You can update the registration details through the registration confirmation link which was issued to you at the time of payment for your registration via email, alternatively, email us at lifeconference@lifenz.org to request this. To transfer your registration to a substitute delegate after March 25th, inform us in writing; NZ $15.00 administration fee will apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE A RECEIPT OR CANNOT FIND REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION?

Receipts and confirmation of your registration are automatically sent when you register online providing you have correctly entered your email address. To be reissued confirmation, please email lifeconference@lifenz.org or call 09 306 4225 to speak to a member of our team.

WHAT IF I MOVE ADDRESS?

This year we will be sending out electronic tickets via email. We will send this to the email address we have for you the week prior to conference. If we don’t have your correct or up-to-date email address, you may not receive your ticket. Please email us at lifeconference@lifenz.org with your latest email address to ensure you receive your e-ticket.

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Cancellations to registrations purchased at the Conference Only price are NON-REFUNDABLE as per our terms and conditions.
Any requests for cancellations and refunds must be notified in writing to lifeconference@lifenz.org and must be received before April 5, 2020. Cancellations received in writing before March 25, 2020 will receive a refund, less an administration fee per registration ($20 Adventure Kids, $30 Epic Conference, $40 LIFE Conference) as per the terms and conditions on the registration card and website. No refunds will be made to cancellations received after March 25, 2020. You do have the option to transfer your registration to LIFE Conference 2021, provided it hasn’t already been transferred from a previous conference.

CAN I STILL REGISTER?

You may still register online at www.lifeconference.org.nz up until midnight on April 21st based upon capacity. Due to the limited number of tickets remaining, we cannot guarantee there will be available tickets to purchase on this date. We encourage you to register as soon as possible for your full conference registrations to avoid missing out.

MY FRIEND AND I CAN ONLY COME TO PARTS OF THE CONFERENCE. CAN WE SHARE A CONFERENCE PASS?

Unfortunately, no. Each person will need to be registered and can come and go as they are able. The conference pass always needs to be worn during the conference.

IS THERE A GROUP RATE?

Discounted Group Registrations are available for groups of 10 or more. A further discount is available for groups of 20 or more. See our registration page for details.

I PURCHASED TWO REGISTRATIONS UNDER MY NAME. HOW DOES MY FRIEND RECEIVE THEIR REGISTRATION?

You can update the details of the second ticket by allocating this through the groups booking link, which was issued to you, via email, at the time of payment for your registration. Any unallocated tickets or changes to unallocated tickets after April 16, 2020 will need to be made on arrival at the Conference.


TRANSPORT, PARKING & ACCOMMODATION

WILL THERE BE PARKING ONSITE?

We will have paid parking options available, which you will be notified of closer to conference and will be sold on a first in first served basis.

There is  limited street parking available. Residential parking is available in surrounding areas, but is about a 15-2- minute walk, please allow this in your travel time to and from conference.

Parking can be difficult around the area and can take people by surprise when they arrive at conference. As a team we are working on additional parking areas, but please plan to get to Conference early to allow some delays in parking. 

As always there is other transport options like public transport and Uber available.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE BUS?

Yes, there will be however details of the shuttles are still to be confirmed. We will have multiple shuttle options which will be available to purchase closer to conference.

WILL THERE BE DISABILITY PARKING?

If you have a disability sticker, you will need to have this in your vehicle when you arrive at conference. Please note there are limited disability parks so please arrive early or we are unable to guarantee a park.

IS THERE ACCOMMODATION NEARBY?

Accommodation is to be organised by each delegate however we can offer the following options:

Studio – NZD229.00 per room per night
1 Bedroom Apartment – NZD249.00 per room per night

The speaker programme is not released until the conference begins.


GROUP AND STADIUM SEATING

CAN MY GROUP BE ALLOCATED RESERVED SEATING?

Groups requesting allocated seating need to be larger than 20 delegates on adult registrations. Please email lifeconference@lifenz.org to organise this.


KIDS AND YOUTH

WHERE WILL KIDS AND YOUTH CONFERENCE BE HELD?

Adventure Kids Conference (ages 1 – 10) will be held on site at LIFE Central in our Kids rooms.

Youth Conference (ages 11 – 18) will be at our LIFE South Facility. (3 Lakewood Court, Manukau). Youth can be dropped off directly to the venue or they can be dropped off at LIFE Central, where we will be running a shuttle to LIFE South.

IS THERE A PARENTS ROOM?

All our conference sessions are parent friendly. That's why we have a designated lounge specifically for mums (or dads) with bubs under 12 months of age. A live video link and baby-friendly facilities means that parents can participate in the sessions while looking after baby's needs.

ARE THERE MEALS PROVIDED FOR MY CHILDREN?

Meals will not be provided for our Adventure Kids programme; we encourage that children come with a packed lunch and water bottle each day.
